Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return and initial postage cost must be covered by the buyer.

To start a return, you'll need to message us via our contact us page. If your return is accepted, you will need to send the item back with a tracking number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

 

Faulty item

We always strive to ensure all orders are shipped in a safe manner. Couriers used by us are third party contractors and damages do sometimes occur. These damages are typically out of our direct control. If you receive a damaged or faulty product please contact our us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will log a case for you and work through the process to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Photographic evidence of the damage is very important. Please keep these on file until requested. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
